BCO Annual Conference - AI and Tech Impact on Property use and design
BCO Annual Conference: Creating Vibrancy.
BCO annual conference is back. It’s been more than ten years since the BCO was last in Birmingham, this years 3 day conference will offer tours of the most prestigious developments across our city.
From Wednesday to the Friday the line up will include keynotes, building tours and panel speakers covering a rage of themes.
For PropTechs, Fridays session will be of interest as future tech and AI are discussed.
Over the past decade, this city, famously known as the ‘workshop of the world’ has lived up to its name, quietly delivering a number of sizeable new developments, including 103 Colmore Row, Enterprise Wharf, the Paradise regeneration project, and Snow Hill; no doubt catalysed by the substantial redevelopment of New Street Station in 2015 and I’m pleased to say the conference programme will offer opportunities to tour a number of these schemes.
The BCO have worked hard to ensure that the programme will provide a platform for a diverse and stimulating few days, packed with discussion and thought provoking debates.
THEMES:
The power of partnership in development and regeneration projects
The impact of social value on lending for developers
What today’s life science occupier looks like
BCO NextGen activity will also be included, offering forward thinking experiences for all, including the BCO Cycle Challenge and Golf Cup. Finally, the conference will also provide plenty of networking opportunities including the BCO Drinks Reception at the striking Library of Birmingham, and the Conference Party at the Luna Springs.
This is an important moment for the office, where the future of the workplace continues to be a topic of debate. Register now.
