For mid-tier and smaller professional service firms, digital technologies offer many opportunities to innovate, enhance client service and to drive efficiencies. But it is often difficult to know where to start, how to select a technology, and how to ensure a smooth adoption journey. This session will present insights into ways of overcoming these challenges, based on insights from the Technology in Professional Services (TiPS) Innovation Adoption Accelerator for law and accountancy firms. Attendees at the session will get to hear about what made firms in the TiPS Accelerator successful when adopting digital technologies, including a panel discussion and ample opportunity for Q&A with professionals involved in the adoption journey at different firms. Members of the TiPS team will also facilitate clinic sessions in which participants can get advice about how to approach digital adoption in their firm.
