Nimbus Maps Celebrates 5th Anniversary with Record Growth

This year, Nimbus celebrates its 5th anniversary with record growth and new updates for its software platform, offering a digitally ergonomic design that allows users to see property insights faster and more efficiently.

Having already surpassed targets for the first and second quarter, Nimbus is set to complete yet another record-breaking year. To coincide with this milestone, the platform has had some significant updates to help ease the user experience, including refined overlays and a more personalised view.

The platform was born through the collaboration of Paul and Simon Davis, both engineering graduates from Oxbridge and from a background of property investment and development. Their competitive nature, along with their years of experience, helped them recognise the importance of ‘having an edge’ over the market and they set about creating a system of property data that could track and strategize new potential developments. Eventually, as their portfolio grew, so did the interest. Rival developers caught wind of the system and began requesting access for a fee.

Now, through their data and technology, Simon and Paul are on a journey to help everyone with an interest in property, be it professionally or personally, to create greater social and economic benefits to the industry.
