SECURE TRUST BANK JOINS SUPERTECH’S CONNECTOR SERIES!
Partnerships are a fundamental part of any business growth strategy, but getting that first foot in the door is no mean feat. With that in mind, the Connector Series was born and it is fantastic to announce that Secure Trust Bank is the latest addition to the suite of West Midlands’ based corporates opening their doors to SMEs.
Secure Trust Bank Group is an award-winning UK specialist bank, providing savings accounts and lending services to over a million UK customers. Established in the West Midlands over 70 years ago, it remains headquartered in the region but now also has teams in Cardiff, Manchester, Reading and London. Its specialist lending services focus on two sectors: consumer lending, incorporating retail finance, and vehicle finance and business lending, incorporating real estate finance and commercial finance.
Through the Connector Series and partnership with SuperTech, the organisation is looking to develop strong partnerships with like-minded organisations who see the potential for technology to create innovative change that will benefit customers and businesses, as well as driving prosperity within the region.
Katie Docherty, Secure Trust Bank Chief Operating Officer, explains why the organisation has joined the Connector Series. “SuperTech’s Connector Series is a perfect fit for our orgnisation, as simplification and leveraging partnerships are two of our Optimising for Growth strategic priorities and we see technology as a key enabler. We’ve made a significant investment in our technology infrastructure and IT platform to deliver enhanced customer experiences, drive operational efficiency and leverage networks with third parties. We are looking forward to exploring wider opportunities to collaborate and innovate with other businesses on projects that are strategically aligned.”
SuperTech Executive Director Hilary Smyth-Allen commented “We are delighted to welcome Secure Trust Bank to the collective. The Connector Series is going from strength to strength, not only in providing high value contacts for both corporates and SMEs, but also as a statement of commitment of our sector to advancing the Birmingham and wider West Midlands ecosystem”.
Secure Trust Bank joins representatives from BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Paragon, Wesleyan, Dudley Building Society, Coventry Building Society, Barclays, Bruntwood SciTech, Unity Trust Bank, Shoosmiths and B Met College.
